Council in attendance: Jason White, Mayor Daniel Reddish, Lorraine Dell-Bishop, John Laigaie, and Scott Lyons. Council absent: Gary Fujinami and Carl Sundstrom. Others in attendance: Clerk Rachel Parret, Special Projects Maureen Connor, Great West Amy Deitchler, Public Works Ryan Watkins, and TCS Micheal Cleveland.
Amy Deitchler announced that 7 bids were submitted online and 1 paper bid.
